Talking Leads Aviation Network is the most recent expansion of the Talking Leads Group, brought on by the COVID19 grounding of the Aviation industry at large.

Airlines, Executives, Captains, Engineers, Government Officials and Aviation Professionals have united in collaboration through Talking Leads Aviation Network 2020, to ensure that the future of Commercial and Business Aviation is even greater than its previous iterations.

Immediate focus is centred on mental health and Human Factors and is thus first on the agenda. Thereafter we are dedicated to a solutions-focused, Executive to Team Members (top to bottom) approach and collaborative effort and return to flight. We are exploring all manner of new innovations, from high capacity UAV's to online learning and development for skills retention. But without a healthy and empowered workforce first, there will not be a flourishing new world of aviation.
